Refund Policy – Portolearn LLC
1. General
Refund Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Scope: Digital services including live and recorded training.
2. Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate Payment for the same course.
- Technical Access Issues on our platform that we cannot resolve after support.
- Course Cancellation by Portolearn (full refund).
- Incorrect Enrollment reported within 48 hours with no course materials accessed.
3. Non-Refundable
- Change of Mind after purchase.
- No-Show or Partial Completion of live or self-paced content.
- Discounted/Promotional/Bundled purchases.
- Downloadable Materials Accessed (e.g., PDFs, videos, templates).
- Certificates Issued or exams taken.
4. How to Request
Email [email protected] with your Order ID, Course Name, and Reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
